Who We Work With

Built for Americans serious about the move.

We don't work with everyone. We work with Americans who've stopped Googling and started planning.

The Remote Professional

Earning well remotely. Ready to swap a US lease for Aegean coastline without risking your career or your taxes.

The Early Retiree

50s or 60s, done with US healthcare premiums and winter. Want a slower morning, lower cost of living, and real support getting there.

The Cost-of-Living Reset

A family or couple ready for a real reset — better schools, walkable cities, half the grocery bill, and a life that's actually livable.

Why Most Americans Stall

The four traps that kill a Greek move.

You're not disorganised. The system is. Here's what actually goes wrong — and what we do differently.

Without ClearPath

  • The DIY trap. Forms in Greek. Conflicting blog posts. Requirements that vary by consulate.
  • The lawyer trap. Hourly bills that spiral. Slow email replies. Zero help with your apartment or bank account.
  • The Facebook-group trap. Outdated advice from someone who got lucky in 2019.
  • The "too late" trap. Expired apostilles, missed appointments, restarting from zero.

With ClearPath

  • One Athens team. We speak Greek, we know the consulates, we've watched where applications fail.
  • Transparent pricing. One-time payment from $49. No hourly bills. No surprise invoices. 48-hour refund if we haven't started.
  • One written plan. Tailored to your situation — not copy-pasted from a forum.
  • One deadline-driven process. We track every expiration date so you don't lose a document you paid to translate.

A Note From Our Founder

Why I started ClearPath.

Growing up, Greece was never just a destination for me — it was home.

Both of my parents are Greek, and I was raised between Greece and the United States — split between two coastlines, two languages, and two very different ways of life.

Now, I'm planning my own move back to Greece — not just for the beauty, but for the culture, the people, and the way life is truly lived there.

But along the way, I saw something frustrating.

Friends, family, and Americans with deep Greek roots trying to make the same move — and getting stuck.

Choosing the wrong visa.
Overpaying for legal help.
Dealing with documents expiring before they could even secure an appointment.

Some gave up entirely. Others spent far more time and money than necessary.

That's why I created ClearPath Greece.

Not as another generic relocation service — but as a clear, step-by-step system designed to simplify the process and eliminate the common mistakes that cost people time, money, and momentum.

I've been through it. I'm going through it.

My goal is simple — to give you a clear, honest path to making your move to Greece, without the confusion.

Straight Answers

Frequently asked.

Are you lawyers?

No — and we're transparent about it. We're a visa advisory service. We don't submit applications for you (you do that with your consulate), but we tell you exactly what to do, review every page, and answer every question. For complex legal situations we can refer you to vetted Greek immigration attorneys.

Which tier should I pick?

If you're confident with paperwork and just want a clear roadmap, Basic ($49) is enough. If you want us to review your application before you submit, pick Complete ($99) — that's what most clients choose. If your case is complex, time-sensitive, or you've been refused before, go Premium ($179).

What if I get rejected?

No advisory service can guarantee approval — only the consulate decides. What we can do is maximise your odds: thorough document prep, error-free application, and consulate-specific coaching. Our Premium tier also includes refusal appeal assistance if needed.

Which visa & residency types do you cover?

Tourist (Schengen Type C), business, student and long-stay (Type D), Digital Nomad, FIP (Financially Independent Person), retirement residency, family reunification, and Greek Golden Visa. We'll recommend the right route based on your situation.

Do I need to speak Greek?

No. We work in English. We'll guide you on Greek-language requirements (translations, apostilles) and refer trusted translators when needed.

How long does the process actually take?

Processing varies by consulate and visa type — typically 15–30 days for Schengen, 30–60 days for long-stay residency. We tell you what to expect for your specific consulate and case during your assessment.

What about my spouse and kids?

We can advise on family applications and dependent visas. The Complete and Premium tiers include guidance for family applicants on the same case.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Start with Basic and upgrade to Complete or Premium any time during your case — you only pay the difference. No re-onboarding, no penalty.
